Under new legislation Strata Agencies must provide their agreement to the Owners Corporation 6 months before their next AGM - this is your opportunity to offer them an alternative.
1. We collate the data
We collect and collate data from multiple sources. We constantly update the data to ensure theat the most accurate results are presented.
2. You choose the plans
Choose from suburbs, local government areas, or custom reports.
3. We send you the reports
Your specific report is sent every month, directly to your inbox for strata plans that we predict will have an AGM in 6 months time.
4. You decide on the specicifc plans
Choose the right plans for you based on lot size and age of registration. You get to choose which plans that you want to target. Or you can target them all.
5. You send out your marketing material
Know that the owners corporation is predicted to hold their AGM in 6 months time. A perfect opportunity to let them know of your services.

Listing of plans without a registered AGM within the suburb, or local government area. A good time to remind the owners corporation of their responsibilities under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.
The Reports
Suburb based reporting
You pick the suburbs of interest. We have data on 1,361 suburbs, including number of lots, registration date, when the last AGM was held.
Local government area based reporting
You pick the local government areas of interest for you. We have data on 121 local government areas, including number of lots, registration date, when the last AGM was held.
